Furnish your floor plan in 3D

Upload the floor plan you already have — a phone photo, a builder's PDF, a scanned blueprint — and get a walkable 3D model within minutes. Then drag and drop real furniture into every room, rotate and arrange each piece, and walk through at eye level to see how the space actually feels. No redrawing walls, no desktop software. Furnish your plan on iOS, Android, or right in your browser.

How it works

Upload, render, furnish — about three minutes end to end

  1. Step · 1

Upload the plan you already have

Snap a photo of a paper floor plan, upload a builder's PDF, or drop in a screenshot from a listing. Ritn3D works with the plan you already have — there's nothing to redraw.

  2. Step · 2

    Get a walkable 3D model

Ritn3D detects the walls, doors, windows and rooms and builds an interactive 3D model. Explore it from above or walk through it before you place a single piece of furniture.

  3. Step · 3

    Drag and drop the furniture

Open the furniture catalog and place sofas, beds, tables, chairs, storage and more directly into the rooms. Move, rotate and arrange each piece until the layout feels right.

What you actually get

A walkable 3D model from your real floor plan, with furniture you place yourself

Real plan in, furnished 3D out

Most room planners make you redraw your home from scratch in their editor. Ritn3D ingests the plan you already have — JPG, PNG or PDF — and turns it into a 3D model you can furnish straight away.

Drag-and-drop furniture catalog

A growing catalog covers every room — sofas, beds, dining sets, chairs, tables, storage, kitchen and bath. Pick a piece, drop it into the room, and arrange it exactly how you want.

Real dimensions for accurate planning

Every piece in the catalog uses real-world dimensions, so you can see whether a king bed actually fits the bedroom or the L-sofa clears the doorway. Useful for sanity-checking layouts before you buy or build — not a substitute for measuring.

Furniture that behaves like furniture

Pieces snap to walls, won't clip through them or overlap each other, and cast soft contact shadows — so the furnished room reads as a real space, not a flat collage.

Walk through at eye level

Switch from the top-down view to walk-mode and move through the furnished rooms at standing height — the quickest way to tell whether a layout that looks fine on paper actually feels right.

Works on phone and in the browser

Upload, render, furnish and walk through on the iOS or Android app, or do the whole thing in your browser with the Ritn3D web app. Your projects stay in sync across both.

Save, edit and share

Furniture layouts save with your project automatically. Come back any time to swap a piece or try a new arrangement, then share a link — anyone can open the furnished model in their browser, no app or account needed.

Furniture placement is part of the Pro and Pro+ plans, both of which come with a 7-day free trial. The Free tier can still open and view a furnished model someone shares with them, but placing and editing furniture needs Pro or Pro+. See the pricing page for current rates in your region.

No — furniture placement is fully manual and entirely your choice. You pick each piece from the catalog and drop it where you want it; nothing is auto-arranged. The 3D model itself is generated automatically from your floor plan, but how it's furnished is up to you.

The catalog covers every room — sofas, beds, dining tables and chairs, side tables, desks, storage, and kitchen and bathroom pieces — and it keeps growing. The focus is furniture you'd actually use to test a layout, not photoreal replicas of specific brand products.

Each piece in the catalog uses real-world dimensions, so you can use the model to sanity-check whether a sofa, bed or dining table will actually fit a room. They are intended for layout planning, not exact measurements — always confirm the final piece's specs with the manufacturer before you buy.

Both. You can upload, generate and furnish on the iOS and Android apps, or do the entire flow in your browser with the Ritn3D web app at app.ritn3d.com. Projects sync across every device signed in to your account.

Most of those tools make you redraw your home from scratch in their builder before you can place anything. Ritn3D takes the floor plan you already have — a phone photo, a PDF, a scan — and generates the 3D model directly, so you spend your time arranging furniture instead of tracing walls.

Detection works best on clean digital floor plans, scanned architectural drawings, or PDF exports from design software. Rough hand sketches aren't reliable yet — redraw the plan cleanly first, or start from one of the sample plans in the app.

Yes. Furniture layouts save with the project automatically. Reopen it any time to add, move or remove pieces — and any share link you've already sent updates with the new layout.
