Delete Account & Data
You can permanently delete your Ritn3D account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open Ritn3D → tap the menu icon (☰) → Profile → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently remove your account.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Ritn3D account. We will process your request within 3 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- All uploaded floor plan images
- All generated 3D models and associated files
- All shared links and viewer access
- Cloud-synced project data
Your email address and monthly render count may be retained solely to prevent abuse of the free tier. No other personal data is kept after deletion.
