Built for On-Site Sketching
Realtors, homeowners, and contractors use it daily
Finger-Native Drawing
Every gesture in the editor is designed for touch. Tap to place, drag to shape, pinch to zoom, two-finger pan. No stylus assumption, no reliance on a mouse, no menu-heavy UI ported from desktop. On a phone, drawing a two-bedroom apartment takes about three minutes.
Arc Walls and Curves
Not every room is rectangular. Drop an arc wall from the toolbar to draw bay windows, curved kitchen islands, or rounded corners. The arc snaps to reasonable radii but you can drag it into any shape you need.
Doors and Windows Library
A stocked library of doors (single, double, sliding, pocket) and windows (single, double, bay, round) drops directly onto any wall. Each opening rotates and resizes with two taps, and the plan re-detects the room boundaries after you place them.
Auto-Save and Undo/Redo
Every change auto-saves to your account within seconds. Undo and redo work across the whole editing session — no risk of losing an hour's work because you accidentally deleted a wall or your phone rang.
Auto Room Detection
When you close a loop of walls, the editor detects the enclosed area as a room and drops in a label (Bedroom 1, Kitchen, Bathroom). You can rename any room, change the type, or override the auto-detection if the shape confuses it.
Sync With Desktop
Sketch on your phone at the property, open the same plan in the browser on your laptop when you get back to the office, keep editing. All three surfaces (iOS, Android, web) are backed by the same account — no export/import step.
