Every floor, to scale
Staircases included, so it reads the way the house works.
Email us the plans and we'll build the model for you. Nothing to install, nothing to draw. You get a link that opens in any browser, and you can walk through the house room by room.
Most people can't. You look at it, you nod, and you find out what the rooms are actually like once they're built. That's a bad time to find out.
Fair enough. Most 3D tools assume you're interested in 3D. You just want to see your house.
Architects' drawings and marked-up blueprints often don't. Automatic tools choke on them, ours included. We redraw them by hand first, so it stops being your problem.
Email whatever you've got. A PDF from your architect, a photo of a printed plan, a scan. All the floors.
Someone redraws your plan properly, then builds the model from it. Usually two to three working days.
You get a link. Open it in any browser, look down on the whole house, or walk through at eye level. Then tell us what's wrong.
One round of changes, then the finished model and the files to keep.
Staircases included, so it reads the way the house works.
Any browser, no app, no login. Send it to your builder, your family, whoever needs to see it.
Everything is built to its actual dimensions, so you can tell whether the bed fits past the door.
GLB and STL, yours to keep. GLB opens in most 3D software. STL is the one for printing a physical model.
Walk through it and tell us what's off. One round is included.
Per property, from when the plans land in our inbox.
See the rooms while changing them is still cheap.
Show a buyer round a house that isn't built yet. One link, works on their phone.
Put a walkthrough in the listing. You've already got the floor plan.
Clients, investors, donors, planning committees. People get a walkthrough in a way they don't get a drawing.
Everything you need to know. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Feel free to reach out.
A PDF from your architect, a photo of a printed plan taken on your phone, a scan, or a sketch. Someone redraws it either way, so a messy drawing isn't a problem.
They're probably right about the app. This is the reason the service exists — a person redraws the plans first, so drawings that defeat automatic conversion are fine here.
Two to three working days per property once we have the plans.
No. It opens in a browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. No app, no account.
Yes, anyone with the link can open it. Most people send it to their builder or their family.
Tell us and we'll fix it, one round of changes is included. You know the house better than the drawings do, so if a room looks too small or a door is in the wrong place, say so.
No. The furniture is ours, at correct real-world sizes, and the finishes come from a set we provide. If putting your exact products in the model is the main thing you want, we're not the right fit.
Yes. The GLB and STL are yours, to use however you like.
It depends on the property — how many floors, and how much work the plans need. Send us what you have and we'll come back with a price before anything starts.
