You can't read a plan the way your architect can
Most people can't. You look at it, you nod, and you find out what the rooms are actually like once they're built. That's a bad time to find out.
You don't want to learn another program
Fair enough. Most 3D tools assume you're interested in 3D. You just want to see your house.
Your plans might not convert cleanly
Architects' drawings and marked-up blueprints often don't. Automatic tools choke on them, ours included. We redraw them by hand first, so it stops being your problem.

Someone redraws your plan properly, then builds the model from it. Usually two to three working days.

Furniture at real sizes
Everything is built to its actual dimensions, so you can tell whether the bed fits past the door.
The 3D files
GLB and STL, yours to keep. GLB opens in most 3D software. STL is the one for printing a physical model.

A few things we can't do
- It's built for seeing the space, not for building from. Your architect's drawings stay the reference on site — this is the version everyone else can understand.
- Interiors only. No exterior renders, elevations or landscaping.
- Our furniture, not yours. The sizes are right but the pieces come from our catalogue, and wall and floor finishes come from a set we provide.
