Ritn3D has four tiers. Free is $0 with 3 renders per month, bird's-eye view, share with up to 5 people per project, watermark, and standard textures — enough to try the product end-to-end. Pro is $9.99 per month and adds 20 renders, Full HD textures, walk-through mode, drag-and-drop furniture placement, share with up to 50 people per project, no watermark, and 90-day cloud sync — Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. Pro+ is $19.99 per month and adds 40 renders, GLB downloads, 10 STL downloads per month for 3D printing, and rollover credits at $3.99 per extra download. Enterprise is custom pricing for real estate agencies, listing platforms, and developers — contact sales.

Yes — Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. You get every Pro feature (20 renders, Full HD, walkthrough, furniture, no watermark) for 7 days with no charge and no card required at signup. Cancel any time inside the app and you won't be billed. Free tier is separately available forever with 3 renders per month, no trial required.

Pro ($9.99/mo) is the walkthrough tier — you get 20 renders per month, walkthrough mode, drag-and-drop furniture, Full HD textures, no watermark, and 90-day cloud sync. Pro+ ($19.99/mo) adds downloads: 10 GLB or STL model files per month, rollover unused credits, and extra downloads at $3.99 each. Pick Pro if you want to view and share the walkable 3D. Pick Pro+ if you also want to keep the model file — for 3D printing, portfolio work, or importing into other 3D software.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel from Settings → Subscription inside the app. If you cancel during your Pro trial you won't be billed. If you cancel a paid month, you keep all Pro or Pro+ features until the end of the billing period.

Not currently. Pricing is a flat monthly rate — no annual discount, no student discount, no enterprise minimums below Enterprise. If you're a real estate agency, listing platform, or developer looking for volume pricing or white-label, get in touch via the contact form and we'll build a custom quote.

Yes. Our done-for-you service starts at $199 per floor plan. Send us your plan and we'll deliver the walkable 3D and GLB/STL files in a few working days — no app install, no learning curve. Good for one-off projects, when the plan is complex, or when you want a final result without touching software.
