Ritn3D for Platforms
Floor plan in, interactive 3D out — inside your own product, under your own branding. No scanning, no photographer, no site visit.
Three steps, inside your product
Your users never leave your site, and never see ours.
Send us a plan
Your backend posts a floor plan — a PDF, a photo, a scan, whatever your users already upload. Or skip it entirely and let them draw one.
Your user reviews it
Embed our editor so they can correct a wall or add a missing door before anything is built. The same editor our own apps use — not a cut-down version.
Return a 3D walkthrough
An interactive model they can orbit and walk through at eye level, embedded in your listing page. Furniture optional. GLB out if they want the file.
Where a camera can’t go
No site visit required
Every scan-based tool needs someone to physically walk the property with a phone. We work from the floor plan already sitting in your listing — which means it works on stock nobody will ever revisit.
Backfill, not just new listings
Old listings, off-plan developments, pre-construction, rentals between tenants. Anywhere a photographer is never going back but a plan already exists.
Your branding, your page
The viewer and editor embed inside your product. No redirect, no third-party logo, no account for your users to create.
Built on what already runs
The same pipeline behind our iOS, Android, Windows and web apps — not a prototype spun up for a pitch.
The API is in development
We would rather tell you that now than take a meeting and let you find out later. The pipeline itself has been running in production for months behind our own apps — what we are building is the way to reach it from yours.
We are working with a small number of early partners to shape it. If that sounds like you, tell us three things and we will give you a straight answer about fit and timing:
- →What you are building, and where the 3D would appear
- →What your users would send in — architect PDFs, agent photos, scans, or nothing at all because they would draw it
- →Roughly what volume you would expect per month
If you need something live next month, say so — we will tell you honestly whether that is realistic rather than string it out.
