Ritn3D's editor is genuinely free forever with no caps and no watermark on downloads. The trade-off: we're not a full interior-design tool. We focus on floor plans (walls, doors, windows, rooms) and 3D conversion. If you want furniture placement and paint colors, use Planner 5D. If you want a fast, unlimited free floor plan editor, use Ritn3D.
The mobile app editor works offline once opened. The browser editor needs an internet connection to load, but drawing itself works without a stable connection thereafter.
